*If you are submitting a purchase order, please be sure to provide the following information:

• Date of Order
• Purchase Order Number
• Recipient’s Name
• Ship to Address
• Billing Contact Name
• Bill To Address
• Person Placing Order
• eMail Address (used only for order confirmation and shipment tracking information)

     Please note that all orders being shipped from Scan Sound, Inc. will originate in Pompano Beach, Florida. Products purchased from Scan Sound are all shipped by a 3rd-party fulfillment company and they charge a flat $3.00 fulfillment fee. In most cases, this is actually part of the shipping/handling fees. If you request that the freight be billed to your own shipping account, you will not pay the shipping amount, however you will still be responsible for the $3.00 fulfillment fee.
