Please note that all orders being shipped from Scan Sound, Inc. will originate in Pompano Beach, Florida. All products purchased from Scan Sound are all managed and shipped by a 3rd-party fulfillment company in order to expedite the shipping and ensure that the packages conform to all required shipment guidelines. Each of the items shipped are carefully packaged to prevent damage and addresses are double-checked for accuracy to mimimize shipment returns.
If a customer requests that the freight be billed to a 3rd-party shipping account, the customer will be required to pay a $3.00 handling fee. This covers the order processing, product packaging shipment pick-up from the fulfillment company warehouse facility. Note: Any orders picked-up from the fulfillment company will also be subject to paying the same $3.00 handling fee.
