Replacement Leatherette Headset Cushions for Headsets and Headphones

If you have headphones or headsets that have a worn out foam or leather style cover, you can order one of our replacement Leatherette Cushions, provided the size is correct for your earpiece. It is best to remove the cover that may be on the earpiece, and set it aside. They are usually only held in place by stretching around the outer edges of the earpiece. Sometimes the cover fits into a thin groove around the earpiece. These are great for Call Center headsets.

Our Leatherette Style Headphone Cushions come in 3 different sizes. These are the most common sizes for most headphones and headsets.

The 50mm size leatherette cushion will fit onto a circular earpiece that is just a little under 2-inches in diameter.  If your earpiece is oval, make a measurement of the height and width and then average that to see what size leatherette cushion to order.  See examples below on how to average the size.

Examples of Calculating the Average Size to Determine Which Cushion will Fit an Oval Earpiece Size

• If your earpiece is 60mm long by 40mm wide:    Add 60 + 40 = 100.   Then take 100 and divide that by 2 to get 50.  So the 50mm size will fit your earpiece.
• If your earpiece is 65mm long by 45mm wide:    Add 65 + 45 = 110.   Then take 110 and divide that by 2 to get 55.  So the 55mm size will fit your earpiece.

The leatherette cushions can be installed in headphones and headsets that previously had a foam earpad, and this will greatly improve the comfort and actually upgrade your headset in the process.
