Patient Stereo Builder's Kit

This kit is identical to our complete MRI Stereo Sound System kits, without the AM/FM Radio source audio system. If your facility uses 240-volt/50-Hz power or 110-volt/60-Hz power, the Patient Stereo Builder's Kit will be a great addition to your facility. You only need to provide the audio source with a LINE-OUT jack on the back. The LINE-OUT jack (or "REC-OUT") RCA Jack provides a standard audio output that does not change in level when you adjust the volume control on the front of the stereo system.

You simply supply the music source. Some customers may choose to use an iPod or Satellite Radio unit because they provide line-level audio. Others might choose to use a CD-Player or Component Level Sound System. This kit is a very good global solution because it is lighter in weight to ship and can be set to the power for most areas of the world. You just need to supply the AM/FM/CD sound system source. Some of our customers have elected to use a Desktop or Laptop as the source audio, so our installation manual does include the instructions on connecting a computer as a sound source.

This is the perfect solution for those who want to use an existing AM/FM/Stereo system as long as the unit has a fixed audio output "LINE OUT", "TAPE OUT" or "REC" type RCA Jacks, typically used to connect multiple audio systems together (see picture below)
The manual accompanying this kit shows how to easily use this kit with an iPod or Computer as the audio source
