NRH-101 Noise Reduction Headphones for MRI
• These MRI safe headphones passively suppress noise around the ears and deliver stereo sound into the earpieces
• The outer plastic shell, interior foam and acoustic eartips combine to reduce the noise by about 49 decibels
• Most brain and head coils have very little surrounding space for patients to wear the Noise Reduction Headphone
• That is why we recommend the Pad Headset for patients inside the head and brain coils
PAD-HS Pad Headset for MRI
• These MRI safe headphones consist of foam cushions that are surrounded by hand sewn nylon covers
• There are openings in the side panels of the of the Pad Headset that deliver sound to the patient's ears
• Tubing carries the sound from the MRI stereo up to the opening in the side of the Pad Headset
• Foam sponges can be wedged in place around the Pad Headset to reduce noise and hold these against the ears
P-101 Stethoscope Style Pneumatic Headphones
• These headphones will work with most all MRI patient scanning, however the acoustic eartips only provide about 29 decibels of noise reduction
The Noise Reduction Headphone and Pad-Headset can be covered by our disposable headphone covers
We have replacement acoustic eartips for the Noise Reduction Headphone and Stethoscope Style headphones
